菲律賓反覆:不能同意聯合調查

摘要：針對我國漁民遭菲律賓公務船槍殺案，菲國總統府趕在最後通牒期限前發表聲明，任命培瑞茲代表菲國總統向台灣人和家屬道歉，但聲明中說射殺我國漁民不是故意的，我方無法接受。行政院長江宜樺昨晚六點再度召開記者會，連同早上的聲明一共要對菲律賓發動11項經濟制裁行動。
