菲調查報告出爐 指廣大興號先越界

菲律賓調查報告出爐，指稱廣大興28號先「越界」捕魚，還發動引擎衝撞到菲國公務船，報告中還指稱，菲國是為了打擊非法捕魚的「壞人」，才會對準引擎開槍，不慎誤擊到台灣漁民。

根據菲律賓媒體「馬尼拉公報」報導，這份報告約有三頁，指稱九日在班塔延（Bantayan）約39浬外發現2艘漁船正在非法捕魚，對空鳴槍警告後，預備登船檢查。

但台灣漁船廣大興28號卻突然發動引擎，衝撞到菲國公務船的右舷後急駛逃逸，指揮官下令開火攻擊廣大興引擎，讓它失去動力，是要抓補非法捕魚的「壞人」，不曉得有漁民中槍。

廣大興28號船長聽到這份報告相當氣憤，要菲國調出錄影帶，公布證據，不要空口說白話。
