蘋果App Store的app下載16日突破五百億筆，蘋果送出一萬美元禮卡當大賞，得主是一位俄亥俄州男子，他下載的是叫做Say the Same Thing的免費遊戲。蘋果主管網路軟體/服務的副總裁Eddy Cue說，「才五年就達到這座里程碑，我們樂壞了」。根據蘋果資料，App Store的這些迷你程式平均每秒被下載八百次。
