三偏磷酸鈉 取代硼砂做鹼粽

下月12日就是端午節，基隆市衛生局免費提供「三偏磷酸鈉」，讓民眾取代製作鹼粽的硼砂。

衛生局食品衛生科指出，有不肖業者為了增加鹼粽的口感及延長保存期限，在製作過程中加入少量硼砂。但硼砂是有毒物質，食用後會危害人體健康，更會堆積在人體內，引起腹瀉、嘔吐、紅斑，甚至昏迷、休克。

「三偏磷酸鈉」取代硼砂，一樣可以讓鹼粽的彈性、口感加分，也能減輕粽身和粽葉黏著程度，增加保水性及保存性，效果甚至比硼砂來得好。

食品衛生科表示，即日起免費提供「三偏磷酸鈉」，民眾可到衛生局服務台或7區衛生所索取，每人限領1包。
