王文洋：全球經濟已落底 仍處萌芽階段

宏仁集團總裁王文洋今天在英國倫敦表示，全球經濟目前都已看到「谷底」，包括英國、中國大陸、台灣等，但觸底後就會反彈，整體經濟仍在萌芽階段。

王文洋指出，全球經濟復甦腳步從美國、歐洲、亞洲循序漸進，中國大陸因政治意味濃厚，及政策導向太強烈，都讓大陸經濟與其他主要國家脫鉤。

至於台灣的「悶」經濟，王文洋說，「我沒看到台灣景氣正在復甦」。但他也表示，台灣人不應該看扁自己的國家。
