天雷操演未回饋，地方人將到場阻撓

軍方將於本月27日在屏東縣車城鄉小尖山靶場海域，實施陸軍年度「天雷操演」重砲射擊，漁民不滿軍方封海又炸魚，周邊居民認為噪音擾人，向軍方要求回饋、補償無回應，今天決定聯手到場抗議，恆春區漁會也將號召上百漁船到射擊海域「護魚」。
