連射三天飛彈…北韓善變 美持續關切

北韓連續三天發射飛彈，美國國防部發言人李特20日表示，美國持續呼籲北韓領導人自我克制並遵守國際義務；美國及盟邦會維持警戒，並持續監控朝鮮半島情勢。

李特指出，美方注意到北韓最近幾周的挑釁舉動和言詞恫嚇有減緩跡象，希望北韓能持續下去；儘管發射短程飛彈不一定會違反北韓的國際義務，仍可能被解讀為挑釁舉動。

李特說，這個月北韓的言詞威脅相對降溫，但情勢依舊緊張，只要會被解讀為挑釁的任何舉動，美國將持續關切；因為北韓的策略和行為經常說變就變，美方對於北韓過去的作為牢記在心。
