民進黨杯葛兩岸互設辦事處

立法院內政委員會上午初審兩岸人民往來事務機構在台灣地區設立分支機構條例草案，但遭到民進黨立委杯葛，民進黨立委以在野黨修正版本，還沒有在立法院院會完成交付委員會審查的理由，反對今天討論行政院版草案，杯葛委員會議程進行，委員會中午宣布休息，今天一事無成。
