法國完成立法 第14個同性婚姻合法國家

在法國憲法委員會(Constitutional Council)裁定，同性婚姻與領養法案合憲之後，總統歐蘭德(Francois Hollande)18日簽署法案，使法國成為第14個同性婚姻合法的國家。

法國國會是在上個月23日通過這部法案，但隨即遭到前總統沙柯吉(Nicolas Sarkozy)所屬的主要右翼在野黨人民運動聯盟(UMP)根據憲法提出質疑，並送交憲法委員會裁決。

委員會則在17日否決右派反對黨主張，裁定同性婚姻與領養法案合憲。而歐蘭德也隨後在18日簽署法案、完成立法。「同性婚合法」是歐蘭德當初關鍵競選承諾。

法國也因此成為第14個同性婚姻合法的國家，另外8個同性婚合法的歐洲國家分別為荷蘭、比利時、西班牙、挪威、瑞典、葡萄牙、冰島與丹麥。
