美金支票該怎麼存該如何損失才最小呢?

各位親愛的銀行高手們

小弟有一張3300多塊美金薪水的支票，目前是開成3200一張，100多塊一張。
支票是寫我的名字，美國的銀行開的。
請問我該如何轉換成台幣損失才會最少呢?

我大約六月初會在LA轉機，是否該去美國當地銀行兌現損失比較少呢?

方法一 我拿這兩張支票去台灣存

方法二 我拿去美國換成現金回台灣存

哪一種方式損失比較少呢?  那詳細情形該如何處裡?
