摘要：行政院昨天宣布，將菲律賓列為紅色旅遊警戒，交通部也態度強硬，如果旅行社敢出團就開罰，但是菲律賓長灘島向來都是暑假旅遊熱門景點，目前為止報名長灘島有兩萬多人，其中三千多人已經成團，如果取消出團，團費最多會被扣掉八成，這些損失，交通部要旅行業者跟消費者一起承擔。
