1年偷鄰內褲30條　怪賊判40天

【張欽／台北報導】從事清潔工，有輕度肢障的北市嚴姓男子，從去年3月起以每1、2個月偷竊1次的頻率，頻頻到住家附近防火巷內，偷走李姓婦人晾在巷內的內褲，今年8月間，嚴男騎機車經過，又偷了李家2條內褲，警方獲報後前往嚴家搜索，發現嚴男1年多來共偷了李家共30條內褲。台北地院依6個竊盜罪判嚴男拘役40天，得易科罰金4萬元，可上訴。
 
法院調查發現，嚴男早在10多年前就有偷內褲前科，這次被逮他雖坦承犯行，但法官痛批他一再犯案，觀念偏差，有嚴懲必要，考量被害人不追究，希望嚴男不要再偷。
