摘要：遠東銀行周三舉行股東臨時會，遠東集團董事長徐旭東會後表示，到今年底，還有幾個月，大家努力一下，不要對景氣太悲觀。 針對美國政府債務大限，徐旭東說，這個問題，很快就會過去。遠銀股東臨時會通過將辦理50億元現金增資，徐旭東說，遠銀本質相當強健，是業務做很好、放款太多了，導致銀行資本適足率下降，但增資後、資本結構可強化，銀行資本適足率自然上升。
