第六屆《外灘畫報》美麗天使暨首屆外灘紳士模特大賽總決賽2013年10月13日在上海舉行，2號選手劉恬汝奪冠。在比賽中，劉恬汝身穿一襲低胸禮服出戰，大秀傲人的事業線。在禮服與泳裝的走秀中，劉恬汝不慎露點，場面略顯尷尬。

據騰訊網報導，在比賽中，劉恬汝以傲人的雙峰奪人眼球豔壓群芳，在禮服與泳裝的走秀中，內衣完全遮擋不住劉恬汝的豪乳，胸貼外露，禮服走秀時更是尷尬露點，性感無比。
