馬明年可否赴北京參加APEC 中共再祭軟釘子

中國國台辦發言人「范麗青」今天表示，兩岸領導人會面，是北京多年來的主張。范麗青說，只要有利於促進兩岸關係和平發展，北京都持積極開放的態度。

中國國台辦今天舉行例行記者會，有記者問到，馬總統到北京參加二○一四年APEC會議，甚至進一步舉行「馬習會」的可能性。范麗青說，有關APEC問題，應該根據APEC「諒解備忘錄」的規定處理；而兩岸領袖會面，是兩岸的事，不需要借助國際會議，這等於是否定了明年讓馬總統赴北京參與APEC。

而范麗青之後也說，兩岸領袖會面，是北京多年來的主張，只要有利於促進兩岸關係和平發展，北京方面都會持積極開放的態度。
