穿船型襪違校規　師罰膠帶黏腳

時下青少年流行穿船型襪，不過台中市龍津國中不但明令禁止，如果被訓導主任抓到違規，還會罰學生把襪頭拉高、拿透明膠帶黏住腳踝上方，被學生投訴管教過當。

該校訓導主任陳成達否認罰黏襪子，卻自爆曾罰捲褲管的學生以膠帶黏褲管，陳成達說：「禁止學生穿船型襪，是為了保護脆弱的腳踝，但只會要求更換，從未以膠帶黏腳，也不可能天天盯著學生的襪子。」中市教育局表示「學生只要不是奇裝異服，其實不用太在意。」
