請問平均薪資計算:
一般來說平均薪資就是這半年來每月薪資所得除以6，但是若是這半年來每個月都會被雇主以無薪假名義休假，那是不是平均薪資就下降了?碧如說每個月應該領25000結果無薪假3天實領22000，那平均薪資也是22000?若是有請生理假、病假也算嗎?
