【經濟日報記者李珣瑛／17日電】全球電子紙顯示器領導廠商E Ink元太科技今天宣布，參與2013年國際資訊平面顯示學會（Society for Information Display，簡稱SID）顯示週活動。元太科技的展位編號為1215，將於5月21日至23日在加拿大溫哥華（Vancouver, Canada）國際會議中心展出。

元太科技表示，今年將展示電子紙在電子書閱讀器、電子紙標籤、數位看板、與行動裝置的最新趨勢。在零售業導入電子紙價格標籤的應用方面，元太科技將發表兩個全新的電子紙平台，協助零售業者提升顧客對購物環境的滿意度。

同時，也將展示日前由主要客戶及合作夥伴Sony發表，使用E Ink Mobius軟性TFT技術的13.3吋數位電子筆記本產品。

此外，元太科技市場行銷處資深經理Jenn Vail，與影像科學家Dirk Hertel也接受主辦單位邀請，分別以「Ultra-Low-Power Paper-Like Displays」與「Distinguished Paper: Viewing-Angle Measurements onFlexible Reflective ePaper Displays」為題，進行專題演講。
