奇德以教頭身分 率籃網練球

今年夏天進行了最大手筆補強的籃網隊，近日正式迎接季前訓練營，其中「大三元製造機」奇德(Jason Kidd)也首度以教頭的身分領兵練球。對此，球隊主控威廉斯(Deron Williams)就坦言，籃網今年的氣氛真的不同了。

「我不想要每年、每天都說這句話，但今年真的感覺不同了！」籃網今年季後陣容大變動，引進了綠衫軍雙巨頭和新教頭奇德，讓球隊主控威廉斯感覺到了不同的氛圍，「我不知道原因是什麼，我也無法解釋，但這感覺真的很不同，大家的動力更強了，那種激動感也在這邊。」

在接掌籃網兵符近2個多月後，奇德2日首度以總教練的身分率領籃網練球，雖然現在奇德身分已不同，但曾與他一同共事的泰瑞(Jason Terry)卻認為，奇德仍舊是那個2年前的他。

「他看起來就像那個2011年跟我一起參加訓練營的他，還是一樣氣定神閒，知道自己該做什麼。當他開始說話時，大家都會仔細的聽著，這對他來說看起來好像很簡單，很明顯的他為了這一天做好了充足的準備。」泰瑞表示。

而奇德自己也說道，「這只是一種角色上的轉換，很多時後教練必須多講話，但現在卻是個教練該仔細聆聽的時刻，聽聽看球員們怎麼說。」

除了奇德所帶來的新氣象外，賈奈特(Kevin Garnett)的加盟，也帶給了籃網在防守端的改變。在加入籃網後後，賈奈特就不斷的與隊友溝通，並且一肩扛下球隊防守端的重要角色。

「我們必須限制其他球隊，就像賈奈特說的，讓他們得分在80以下。這雖然很難，但毫無疑問是我們想要壯大和成長的地方。」威廉斯說道，「去年我們在溝通上並沒有做得很好，我不認為我們之間的防守有信任存在，而這也是我們現在正在努力建立的。」
