有關管理費與停車位問題

我們社區大樓因地下室停車位不足
所以每年用登記抽籤的方式
進而決定有無抽到車位

汽車登記抽籤截止日為5/25
每年的 7/1日為新承租戶起始日
原承租戶可以使用到6/30止

登記車位之住戶需將管理費繳到6月份才可登記
因我是月繳的方式繳交管理費
每個月月初都按時繳當期管理費
也未遲過繳管理費 車位7月才開始可以承租
不解為何要先繳一個月才可以登記車位
但管理委員會告知 歷年來一向如此
這樣預收管理費合理嗎?
