手機新手.想買新一@@

目前沒手機沒門號
想買新一(16G)用上網吃到飽
目前的問題是在依我的情形該怎麼買比較好
可以的話通話費用最少.因為我很少打電話
加上網吃到飽
有的店家後面都寫上網吃到飽
但是一個月的網路價格卻不一樣這有什麼差別?

沒有門號本來想說辦新門號
但是有看過很多文章說什麼NP來NP去的好像可以比較便宜
但是我真的看不懂.我也不是學生.目前也沒門號

很少很少打電話
上網1~5晚上一個小時左右.
假日5個小時左右
最主要是出門想查路線跟看影片玩GAME

我的情形怎麼買會比較好
本來想直接去電信行問
但是怕他不老實又說一大堆
所以先來這請問一下
