葉兩傳交保恐誤追鑽 檢抗告

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕成功打造「開喜婆婆」的廣告鬼才葉兩傳和名媛同居人賴郁芬，遭比利時珠寶商指控侵吞上億元鑽石案，台北地檢署聲押兩人，法院卻裁定各以兩百萬元交保，檢方擔心兩人串證，也將影響追鑽行動，昨向高等法院提出抗告。

比利時外商指控，知名廣告人葉兩傳向他們借鑽石辦展，事後卻侵吞27顆、價值上億元的鑽石；比利時公司向檢警透露，葉要他們拿100萬美元來換回27顆鑽石，該公司一度動心，但擔心葉又黃牛，決定提告。

檢方連日清查，已掌握24顆鑽石下落，檢方發現葉、賴分別找3家當鋪業者典當鑽石，還向兩名友人抵押借錢，共得手8千萬元，葉近日訂機票想赴中國，懷疑他企圖帶3顆鑽石至中國銷贓。
