大股東增加持股至7% Sony股價大漲收復2,000日圓

日經新聞、Thomson Reuters 18日報導，由避險基金名人羅布(Daniel Loeb)領軍的Third Point LLC(Sony的大股東)已於5月中旬將Sony的持股自約6,400萬股增加至約7,000萬股(相當於14億美元)，等同對Sony的持股比重自6%提高至約7%的水準。據報導，Third Point於17日寄送給Sony社長平井一夫的公開書信中表明了上述增加持股的動作。

據日經指出，在Third Point持有的約7% Sony股權中，直接持有的比重不到5%、剩餘的為間接持有。

大股東增加持股，帶動Sony股價大漲。根據嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價，截至台北時間18日上午9點12分為止，Sony大漲4.1%，報2,030日圓(為4個交易日來首度攻上2,000日圓關卡)，漲幅遠優於大盤(日經225指數)的上揚0.44%(09:12時報價)。

羅布曾於5月份親自拜會平井一夫，建議該公司分拆娛樂部門，以初次公開上市(IPO)方式出售其中20%持股，以便籌募現金、減輕Sony債務。Sony的事業群包括電子、娛樂、金融三大部門。

Third Point並在寄送給平井一夫的書信中表示，關於要求Sony分拆娛樂部門一事，Third Point將會尋求向Sony董事會提案的機會。
