標題[請問] 在住宅區設置旅舍合法嗎

如題，因為都是自宅，但因為隔壁弄了個背包客旅舍，但是因為每次到接近凌晨的時候都很吵又很多外國人，有次半夜還一堆人在合唱，還有外國人在二樓抽煙，抽完不熄掉！所以有個疑問，究竟在民宅裡弄隔間（因為裝潢聲很大）租人合不合法？ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.77.118.28
