Nationwide：英國5月房價創2011年11月來最快增速紀錄

根據英國房貸業者Nationwide周四(30日)公布的數據，英國本(5)月房價上升速度創前(2011)年11月以來最快年率紀錄，主要係因受惠於英國央行(BoE)減少信貸成本的倡議。

根據英國房貸業者Nationwide周四(30日)公布的數據，英國本(5)月房價上升速度創前(2011)年11月以來最快年率紀錄，主要係因受惠於英國央行(BoE)減少信貸成本的倡議。

數據顯示，英國5月房價年率上升1.1%，略高於預期且優於4月的0.9%年增率，與4月相比也高了0.4%，符合預期。

Nationwide首席經濟學家Robert Gardner表示：「信貸可得性的有所改善，尤其是受惠於政策措施，如：BoE貸款融資計劃(Funding for Lending Scheme)。房貸利率確實已在近幾個月裡朝歷史低點方向回跌。」

Nationwide並指出，今(2013)年1-4月房地產銷量較去(2012)年整體平均高出5%。

Nationwide亦預測房價將出現進一步漲勢，因經濟有所好轉，即便勞動市場日漸走軟以及逐漸走降的實質薪資將對漲勢帶來限制。
