海軍元旦萬國旗　薛凌：好像抹布旗

【王烱華／台北報導】民進黨立委薛凌接獲民眾爆料指出，台北大直海軍司令部為迎接「中華民國103年元旦」，今早在大門口掛上國際信號旗(亦稱萬國旗)，但幾乎一半以上旗幟都沒順好，未能全部下垂展開，像一排抹布掛在海軍大門前，成了「抹布旗」，難看到不行。
 
薛凌說，一半以上的國際信號旗竟然是曲捲的，且這種曲捲絕非風勢造成，因今天台北並無強風。她說，海軍的門面怎會變成這副德行?要求海軍不要把立意良善的國際信號旗掛成抹布旗，不僅鬧國際笑話，也讓民眾覺得軍方做事不用心。
