【林巧雁／台北報導】宏泰人壽今天公告原代董事長朱蕙敏辭職，由瑞金實業法人代表魯奐毅代行董事長職務，生效日為2014年1月1日。
 
此外，為強化公司財務結構，提高資本適足率，董事會也通過將辦理現金增資5.5億元。
