國營事業年終獎金　立委建議和GDP連動

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院財政委員會今邀請相關部會對國營事業績效及考核獎金法制化做專題報告，據審計部報告指出，國營事業年終獎金包括考核及績效獎金合計最高可達4.4個月，但若經行政院評選為特優者，可再酌增績效獎金最多0.2個月，也就是最高可領到4.6個月。

民進黨立委許添財指出，目前國內經濟不佳，國營事業自我感覺和國人觀感相背離，因此提案要求國營事業的獎金發放標準應納入「經濟成長率參數」，即經濟成長率（GDP）超過或不及，獎金隨之增減。民進黨立委薛凌痛批，虧損連連的中油、台電、自來水公司和台鐵都可領到2.8至4.1個月，但現年輕人月薪僅2.2K，社會觀感不佳。許後來提出國營事業獎金發放與經濟成長率連動臨時提案，獲朝野立委同意通過，但提案僅有供行政單位參考性質。

此外，財政部長張盛和今備詢表示，財政部所屬的八大公股行庫目前都未提出加薪建議。至於今年是否會辦尾牙？張說，目前未決定。
