日籍婦精舍暴斃疑他殺　家屬拒收死亡證明

【呂志明／台北報導】台裔日籍婦人中村琉彌（56歲）月前返台至大直山區的正音精舍修行，卻意外死在精舍，法醫解剖發現婦人死於肝腫瘤，北檢今首度傳喚死者家屬說明死因，家屬對肝腫瘤雖不爭執，但認為腹部瘀傷可能是外力造成，不認同病死結果，也拒接受檢方開立死亡證明。
 
檢察官今也前往正音精舍查訪，了解現場狀況，同時訊問精舍負責人，了解案發情形，近日將傳當天在場的僧侶及信眾，以化解家屬疑慮。
