世界人權日維安規格高　防總統被丟鞋

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早出席在中山堂舉行的「2013世界人權日紀念活動」，由於去年馬總統就是在人權日的活動第一次被民眾丟鞋抗議，今天活動現場大批警力在外駐守，中山堂內的觀眾席也穿插坐著國安特勤人員，注意四周觀眾的動靜，以防有人抗議丟鞋。

「908台灣國」的抗議群眾今也帶著鞋子來到活動現場，高喊「馬英九人權殺手」、「下台」，但由於他們被警方包圍，且馬總統直接從車道進入會場，所以抗議群眾碰不到總統。

馬總統致辭時表示，人權侵犯事件在全世界都發生過，「我們這裡發生了，那時候的政府和現在政府都是一個執政黨，就是中國國民黨，所以我們無從迴避也不需要迴避，要誠實面對、誠懇檢討，讓歷史真相還原，讓家屬能得到心靈的撫慰」。馬也提到要避免人權侵犯事件再次發生，就是不能發生戰爭，戰爭會有很多侵犯人權的事情，所以我們要盡可能用和平手段解決爭端。
