男子存放大量煙火　最高可罰300萬

【黃仲明／新北報導】新北市消防局泰山分隊接獲民眾檢舉，台麗街一處鐵皮屋2樓內藏有大量爆竹煙火，而且有人在現場進行裝、卸貨，警消獲報後，立刻通知安檢小組及相關單位，會同轄區警方前往確認。
  
警消清查後發現，現場宮廟違規儲存35種爆竹煙火數，總數6702盒，爆竹煙火總重量約為4148公斤，火藥量重達約572公斤，劉姓負責人表示這些煙火都是廟會活動要使用的，由於該處並非合法的爆竹煙火存放地點，違反爆竹煙火管理條例第4條第2項，製造儲存及販賣場所之位置、構造、設備、安全管理辦法及第22條公共意外責任保險之投保，可開罰60萬至300萬。
