禍從垃圾來　男被玻璃碎片割死

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】英國日前發生罕見居家意外。一名男子在家中清理垃圾時，垃圾袋裡的玻璃酒杯碎片，刺穿垃圾袋，再直插他的大腿動脈，留下一個4公分長的傷口，當時他血流如注，最後因失血過多死亡。

死亡的66歲男子佛薩德(John Fozard)，是一名退休攝影師。法醫官相信，當時他試圖為自己止血，但最後仍在浴室倒下，認為佛薩德的死因是意外。病理學家在死因庭上表示，假如佛薩德在死前報警，或許在專業救援人員的協助下，有機會為他成功止血，不過病理學家推測，佛薩德失血速度之快，未必讓他有足夠時間報警。
