不爽催債出怪招　還錢夾冥鈔

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市40多歲王姓男子去年11月因妻子生病，向同在市場擺攤的倪姓男子借款數萬元應急，今年7月郵寄尾款給倪男、還清債務時，故意夾入3張面額1千元的冥鈔，被指涉最重可判2年的恐嚇危害安全罪嫌。

王男起初狡辯裝錢寄信給倪男時，家裡正好在拜拜，不小心誤夾冥鈔，被檢方斥為無稽，王男才招認不爽倪男催債太急，想藉此出口氣。

倪男表示收信嚇一跳，但事後已和解。檢方認定王男此舉令人深感生命身體受威脅，不宜輕縱，但因倪男願意原諒、王男也表示後悔，今准許王男緩起訴1年，須提供40小時義務勞務。
