保邦交　總統提台聖雙邊合作計劃

【陳郁仁／台北報導】甘比亞剛與我斷交，另一友邦聖多美普林西比的總理近日訪台，但中國近日預計在聖國設立商務辦事處，令外界擔憂台聖兩國邦交是否受影響。總統馬英九今接見來訪的聖多美普林西比總理賈布列(Gabriel Arcanjo Ferreira da Costa)，馬總統致詞時說，希望賈布列此行能更進一步了解台灣各方面的發展狀況，找出對雙方有利的合作計劃，讓雙方關係更進一步。

馬總統也提到去年他出訪非洲，決定在歐洲設立台灣醫療及公共衛生中心，現在決定設在聖多美普林西比，相信可以提升聖國的公共衛生水準。
