公文延宕 身障桌球授旗惹議

【大紀元11月18日報導】（中央社記者陳靜萍台中18日電）台中市身障桌球隊參加國際積分賽，卻因教育局的公文延宕，授旗時沒有市府官員出席，教育局長吳榕(峰)今天公開致歉。

中市身障桌球隊代表台灣到比利時參加聖尼古拉世界肢障桌球公開賽，往年都由市長胡志強親自授旗為隊員鼓勵，台中市議員陳有江指出，10月25日授旗儀式不但胡志強未出現，也沒有市府官員出席，臨時才找到副市長徐中雄匆匆來授旗。

陳有江指出，他事後追查，發現教育局簽請市長授旗的公文竟在教育局主任秘書鍾愛華的辦公室長達9天，教育局員工私下還稱鍾為「卡卡」。

教育局長吳榕(峰)今天公開致歉並說，這件事純粹是教育局內橫向連繫不佳，未來一定會檢討改進。
