劉政池佔國有地　監委立案調查

【吳家翔／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，涉嫌將千餘坪國有土地闢為觀景草皮，私自竊佔使用；監委趙榮耀表示，他已申請自動調查，將著手調查相關政府機關對於國有土地管理維護是否涉及怠惰失職。

趙榮耀指出，監察院這一屆監委就任以來，對於國有、公有土地長期遭非法占用情事十分重視，曾依據審計部查報結果，進行兩筆通案性的調查案件，但類似問題還是一再發生，顯示相關主管機關的作為實有待加強。
