『安岳最漂亮的城管，絕對是女神。』資陽網友『奇蹟哥』發帖稱，他是安岳的一個小攤販，最近他所在的片區來了一位長相甜美的女城管，她執法中始終保持微笑，『她一笑，我們就乖乖聽話了』。

根據華西都市報報8，記者在安岳城區找到了這位女城管。時值周末，安岳縣城興隆街人行道上擺滿了各種水果攤，美女城管正和兩名同事勸離攤販。她走到一個攤點前，滿臉堆笑，然後勸小攤販『去市場吧，那購物的人多，賣得更快』。遇到一些年老者，她會和同事幫忙搬運貨物。

『微笑對勸導很有效果，起碼是對他們的尊重。』美女城管叫熊朝蓉，2013年6月底成為一名城管執法人員。『我之前當過老師，對城管工作很有幫助，幾次全大陸的城管事件發生後，我分析，一臉嚴肅去勸導攤販，他們肯定有抵觸情緒。』
