張忠謀再槓　彭淮南：沒聽過聯發科談過匯率

【王立德／台北報導】台積電(2330)董事長張忠謀周日忍不住再度對台幣匯率發表看法，央行總裁彭淮南今日在立法院表示，「匯率只是影響出口的一個因素」，10月台幣兌人民幣貶值，但台灣對中國出口面板還是衰退，可見影響出口的因素很多，匯率只是其中之一，並非救出口的萬靈丹。

張忠謀周六表示，央行老說貶值會增加國內物價，道理是對的，但這是對中學生的說法，貶值提振出口也可增加薪資跟就業。彭淮南今日回應，如果匯率能解決出口的問題，那全世界都不需要經濟學家。以10月出口衰退3.9億美元，其中面板業對中國出口衰退4.5億美元，同期台幣對人民幣貶值，可見出口還有很多因素要納入考量。

彭淮南也說，要增加出口，要想辦法增加產品的附加價值，如巨大集團將腳踏車加值，就沒聽過巨大集團董事長劉金標談過匯率，也沒聽過聯發科談過匯率。
