絞刑後未死 伊朗男不用再行刑

伊朗當局今天表示，一名在絞刑中生還的囚犯將不會被再次執行死刑。這名男子因毒品走私遭到定罪，他在絞刑後陷入昏迷，目前已恢復意識。

伊朗國內輿論與多個國際人權組織反對男子二度受刑。男子在棺木內被發現氣息尚存。

伊朗通訊社（IRNA）引述司法部長普爾-穆哈瑪迪（Mortafa PourMohammadi）昨天晚間發言報導：「逃過死刑的罪犯不會再度行刑。」

根據人權組織，伊朗的死刑率在全球排名數一數二，去年有超過五百人處死，今年截至目前已達到幾乎相同人數。
