摘要：金管會打算限縮壽險業購買單一公司持股，並且調降上限，從現行的10%下修到5%。這項計畫被外資批評是殺雞動用牛刀。不過，金管會主委，曾銘宗，今天出席，亞洲證券論壇時特別為政策辯護，他指出，目前不少企業負責人的持股，可能不到10%，因此必須嚴格控管，避免壽險業成為台灣最大的，控股公司。
