不滿塑毒只判賠120萬　消基會：將再上訴

【蔡惠如／台北報導】不滿新北地院昨對塑化劑風暴的團體訴訟僅判賠120萬元，提出團體訴訟的消基會今開記者會表示，昨判決書中，新北地院引述衛生署衛教手冊指塑化劑對健康沒損害，此立場與去年板橋地院判賓漢須賠統一公司因此事件聲譽受損7千多萬元，兩者判決完全不同，因此消基會將再上訴。

消基會監察人徐則鈺表示，今年2月18日去信衛生署要求解釋「衛教手冊」上的「塑化劑可在48至72小時排出體外」，衛生署僅回文表示其為「動物實驗結果推論人體風險，衛教手冊謹說明國內外科學研究結果」，果然就被廠商用作資料反駁。

消基會表示，衛服部若要支持消基會，消基會應先確認衛教手冊有關塑化劑的內容，因動物實驗無法完全說明對人體無害，才能在上訴時有效反駁，法官應該要更有同理心。
