摘要：台東從2011年開始的熱氣球嘉年華，引起一股熱氣球旋風，吸引每年暑假幾十萬名民眾到台東搭熱氣球，兩個月就進帳五百萬，正夯的熱氣球也讓飛行員供不應求，花東現在展開了搶人大作戰，台東有八顆熱氣球，只有四個飛行員，為了保住這些飛行員搖錢樹，縣府不僅開出高達七萬的月薪，就連平常坐辦公室都還有三萬五，未來這項工作很可能成為一項新興的搶手行業。 2011年到現在，台東的熱氣球嘉年華前景看好，就像熱氣球一樣，產值越來越高，光是今年暑假，旅遊人數就高達87萬，也讓台東縣府足足賺進500萬
