《交通》提前搶通，南迴10：30復駛

【時報-台北電】台鐵管理局今日上午宣布，因發生土石流而中斷2天的南迴線，原預訂明日才能搶通，但經過各方積極處置，已可提前於今日搶通，預計10：30復駛。

台鐵指出，高雄開往台東的231次自強號，10：25從新左營發車，10：40從高雄站開出；台東開往高雄306次自強號，上午11：02從台東出發。而除阿里山森林鐵路外，其他各路線都恢復正常行駛。

台鐵提醒，旅客持南迴停駛期間未乘的車票，可在15天內，在各站免手續費退票。
