宏達電內鬼案　副總聲押禁見

【劉志原／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦宏達電設計部門內鬼案，副總經理簡志霖已成立「小玉」公司，準備另立門戶，因證據顯示，簡與員工涉及詐領公司設計費及竊取機密程式，為避免被告串供，今晨依違反證券交易法向台北地方法院聲請羈押副總經理簡志霖及處長吳建弘。

昨天深夜臨時到案的資深經理黃國清，及早已鎖定的設計主管黃弘毅，則分別於6時半、6時50分經檢察官訊後，依證券交易法各以10萬、30萬交保候傳，提供不實發票供簡志霖等人向宏達電詐領千萬設計費的威信電通實際負責人張俊宜，則於凌晨1時20分早一步由檢察官依違反商業會計法以10萬元交保。
