介紹一下我的背景 美國排名top 20的建築研究所碩士 之前相關工作經驗幾乎是零 剛到職約7個月左右 算是半外商的小工作室 公司9:30~10:00間彈性上班 下班時間從18:30~24:00間不等 忙時偶爾會加到凌晨或是假日加班 平均下來平均每日工時約10小時 沒有加班費 假日加班每兩天補休一天 國定假日都放但沒有三節獎金 一開始談的薪水是42K 但當初談的職位是設計師 之後因為公司人事異動我算是接下原本專案經理的位置 且必須兼任公司IT 因此最近萌生談加薪的想法 不知道版上有沒有前輩或朋友可以給我些建議 關於可以要求的價碼之類的 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.149.190
