財長鬆口 未來考慮加稅

明年度中央政府舉債金額高達2,739億元，瀕臨債務上限。主計總處主計長石素梅昨（22）日表示，只要明年經濟成長率超過3%，就不用擔心債限爆表問題。昨天，財政部長張盛和也鬆口表示，思索中長期加稅。

主計總處資料顯示，明年度歲入歲出短差2,099億元，較今年度高出20% ，若連同債務償還640億元，政府明年需舉債金額達2,739億元，占前三年度國內生產毛額（GDP）平均數約38.2%，十分逼近公債法設定的40.6%法定上限。張盛和表示，不論從流量債限（即總預算舉債數占歲出比不得過15%）或是存量債限來看，明年舉債額度都還低於債限。針對外界關注是否加稅，財政部會在中長期做思考。
