北市文化局15日召開文資審議委員會，討論「新舞臺」的文化資產價值鑑定案。經委員綜合討論，認為「新舞台」所在區具有「文化景觀」的保存潛力價值。委員考量持有人中信金近期內有出售計畫，討論後並未做決議，建議由文化局盡速依文資法相關規定，辦理文化資產價值鑑定相關事宜。
