汽車空濾可以很久才換嗎？

喜美k8，接二手車後已開了三萬，每5千至車廠換機油，空濾車廠師傅有的用噴槍噴一噴，有的拿到垃圾筒把灰塵敲掉，但都沒有說要換。

我直接用看的也不髒，不像機車空濾，騎五千就髒的像什麼一樣，多少還會影響極速

請問空濾本來就不太會髒嗎？多久換一次？如何判別髒還是不髒？
空濾用副廠的可以嗎，露天居然有人賣55，不知行不行
