美國人調查手機滿意度　三星勝蘋果

【綜合報導】美國顧客滿意指數(American Customer Satisfaction Index)今日出爐一份報告顯示，美國人在使用智慧型手機的滿意度上，三星勝蘋果。

報告顯示，三星Galaxy S3和Galaxy Note 2的客戶滿意度拿下84分(滿分為100分)，蘋果iPhone 5和iPhone 4S均拿下82分，iPhone 4則拿下81分。該報告針對全美4112名手機使用者進行調查，調查在3月進行。

參與調查的安柏格(David Van Amburg)就指出，三星比蘋果受歡迎，有較大螢幕是主因，其次三星在新產品推出時都會狂打廣告，讓消費者動心。
