泰副首相稱戴克辛年內返國

泰國副首相「差林」說，首相盈拉的胞兄、流亡海外的前首相戴克辛新年以前，將以自由人的身份返國。

差林在泰國北部「烏隆府」的紅衫軍集會說，如果戴克辛不能回國，他將承擔全部責任。

好幾萬名紅衫軍昨天在北部舉行集會，要求政府允許戴克辛回家。
